01Who we are
Estibird is a product of Lembitech OÜ ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Estonia under registry code 16985141, with its registered office at Tulbi tee 1, Rae küla, Rae vald, Harju maakond, Estonia. We provide AI-assisted estimation software for custom manufacturers and are the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. 02Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run our website and respond to you:
- Information you give us — when you fill in our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company, and any message you send.
- Usage data — basic, aggregated analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region, performance metrics). This data does not identify you personally.
- Technical data — your IP address and standard server log information, used to keep the site secure and working.
03How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiries and arrange demos or calls you request.

- Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
- Formspree — processing of contact-form submissions.

Some of our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
